Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make program, sample checking and technical report.
∎ Carry out assigned responsibilities for developing, directing and coordinating material planning activities for executing laboratory activities.
∎ Analyze lab data, consumption of raw materials and quality control measures.
∎ Follow-up on development samples with a high degree of personal responsibility.
∎ Analytical skills of understanding the dyeing, printing, finishing and washing processes.
∎ Prepare daily lab reports.
∎ Check and test the quality of different dyes, pigments and other auxiliaries.
∎ Evaluate samples received for testing.
∎ Perform all assigned tests.
∎ Review final testing data/worksheets.
∎ Submitting daily status of testing to immediate superior.
∎ Ensure supplying of updated and corrected TDS, MSDS and other necessary documents of different products (dyes, pigments and other auxiliaries) to clients, sales & marketing team and others.
∎ Act as an effective corporate communicator.
∎ Perform any other task as assigned by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have a good working knowledge in particularly shade matching.
∎ Have a good knowledge in dyestuff combination setting .
∎ Have a good working Knowledge in Spectrophotometer operating System.
∎ Have a good working Knowledge in lab to Bulk coloration .
∎ Should have leadership quality.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure.
