One of our Real Estate clients is looking for competent candidates in sales department. They have established in 2010. They are one of the most reputed real estate companies in the private sector. They are looking for competent candidate for Tender Department as contractual basis.

Responsibilities:

• Do the research for all kind of tender both government and private
• Participate in tender
• Prepare all documents for tender submission
• Draft all tender price along with quotation and others
• Maintain liaison with government and private organization to smooth submission of tender on time.
• Act as single point of contact to submit any tender successfully
• Have the foresight and experience to submit tender in lowest price.
• Any other tasks as relevant with this role and assigned by Top Management.
