∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in formulation & execution of production plans, analyzing production data & implementing new methodologies.
∎ Provide guidance to the production team (Production Executives) on the performance of their duties.
∎ Ensure apparel production lines are properly balanced for target & quality output.
∎ Ensure consistently surveil operators/ supervisors activities & conduct training/ mentoring programs to elevate their skills, technical knowledge & efficiency.
∎ Review KPIs & take initiatives to mitigate operational costs & enhance production revenues.
∎ Ensure production process/ outputs adhere to company QA policies & clients QA requirements.
∎ Assure machineries maintained/ services as per stipulated standards & guidelines.
∎ Coordinate with washing/ finishing/ cut to ship functions for timely shipments.
∎ Monitor & analyze the P&L on a daily/ monthly basis & attaining daily/ weekly/ monthly targets.
∎ Assist with sourcing & manage all materials, trims inventory for production schedules.
∎ Ensure cost effective production operation via estimating costs, negotiating budgets with clients & HODs.
∎ Liaise with different departments, teams & external stakeholders to ensure optimum & smooth production.
∎ Assure client orders are accomplished on time & to budget/ quality standards & targets are met.
∎ Provide ongoing trainings, development and constructive feedback to teams to ensure employee development and succession planning for driving high performance.
