Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC
∎ Degree/Diploma in Technician or any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct technical & product safety audits
∎ Follow up CAP with factories
∎ Follow up & monitor and supervise QMS and product safety requirements
∎ Lead and support quality control and management system in factories
∎ Train up all quality inspectors, quality staff about basic quality requirements, quality concepts, and quality policy.
∎ Develop quality SOP, quality, and product safety Manuals for good quality management.
∎ Implement all technical requirements of the buyer for technical audit.
∎ Doing internal QMS/ Technical Audit being internal and external auditor, work with all factories head for improvement.
∎ Work with customer and external auditors for a better understanding of quality requirements & present during the audit.
∎ All types of Quality Metrics & KPI reporting
∎ Conduct technical, quality and product safety seminar and coaching.
∎ Preparing audit reports
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership quality to self-drive QMS
∎ Okay to travel in deferent location in Bangladesh
∎ Robust personality able to work under pressure.
∎ Working experience with European & American buyer will be a plus.
∎ Highly communication skill in English is required.
∎ Foreigner also can apply.
