Education:

An MBBS degree and a Master`s in Public Health (MPH) are required.

Job Purpose

To provide technical support and strategic guidance for rural community-based projects, ensuring quality improvement, capacity building, and innovation across key health areas including maternal and child health, NCDs, nutrition, eye care, and digital health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance for the design, implementation, and evaluation of rural community health interventions, ensuring alignment with national policies and global standards.

  • Lead the development and revision of clinical protocols, guidelines, SOPs, and training modules for programme staff and partners.

  • Support programme innovation by integrating evidence-based practices, digital health solutions, and community-centric models

  • Analyse dashboard data, prepare and share at a glance report of programme indicators to the management. Based on the report, suggest corrective indicators where necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with clinical safety, ethical standards, and risk mitigation in all health interventions.

  • Conduct technical assessments and field visits to monitor programme quality and identify areas for improvement.

  • Work with training and content development team to create SBCC materials, SOPs and guidelines.

SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organization, and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

  • Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
