∎ Ensure proper tea plantation as per guideline
∎ Ensure quality of tea production & processing
∎ Achieve production targets
∎ Prepare budget for field and factory
∎ Manage workers of the garden
∎ Keep liaison with Government & other organization and social elites

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have the experience to work as a Garden Manager in any tea garden
