Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling company & personal on Tax planning.
∎ Serve as primary contact with External Auditors and coordinate all financial matters with the board.
∎ Preparation of statements for annual Tax audit and Tax return.
∎ Ensuring Issuance of Tax Invoice at every sales point
∎ Establish internal control systems as and where required necessary.
∎ Review all financial records, systems and control process of the company as per accounting standards.
∎ Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial statements, information and reports.
∎ Provide timely and accurate analysis of Budgets and Financial Reports
∎ Cost Benefit Analysis of each activity in business Processes, identifying key and critical processes to operate at optimum Cost.
∎ Monitor the monthly and actual expenses to expenditure, projection of fund disbursement plan.
∎ Oversee the accounting function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll
∎ Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management,
∎ Track and ensure recovery all accounts receivable within and outside the organization.
∎ Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc.
∎ Provide accurate and timely financial reporting on the financial activity of individual projects
∎ To guide the concerned Accounts team in financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
∎ Prepare Master budget and foresee the collective controlling on it.
∎ Budget preparation, Fund allocation, execution and keeping budgetary control.
∎ Compares previous year's budgets and try to improve the drawbacks.
∎ Reporting which management required.
∎ Cost Benefit Analysis of each activity in business Processes, identifying key and critical processes to operate at optimum Cost.
∎ Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within time frame.
∎ Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise.
∎ Provide innovative tax planning and review income tax returns.
∎ Identify and mitigate tax risks.
∎ Coordinate accounting staff and assess their performance.
∎ Manage tax provision and tax compliance process.
∎ Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices with regards to TAX.
∎ Manage and coordinate tax audits.
∎ Maintain tax balances on general ledger.
∎ Identifying potential tax planning opportunities.
∎ Good Knowledge about input tax credit, Turnover Tax, Retailer level & VDS, AIT, CD and SD.
∎ Ensure all month end processes are auctioned on a timely basis.
∎ where possible within the legislative framework.
∎ Inputting into the group's tax strategy.
∎ Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests.
∎ Corporate income tax management, income tax planning and submissions.
∎ Prepare and submission of company's annual statutory financials
∎ Prepare and maintain all necessary Tax related documents as per requirement of concerned government authorities.
∎ Computation and submission of advance income tax, filling of periodically withholding tax returns, annual statement of salary & allowances, prepare detailed AIT statements for tax return submission, collect AIT certificates and related documents and reconcile them with accounting records.
∎ Making liaison with the lawyers and auditors regarding company legal matters.
∎ Maintain liaison with government and private institutions (Board of Investment, Bangladesh Bank, NBR, RJSC, auditors and consultants etc.) and make sure company external financial and legal reporting, disclosing requirements are fulfilled
∎ Advise the top management about overall financial position of all concerns of the Group
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management or superior.
∎ Preparation, analysis and interpreting of financial statement of the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good computer literate (MS Office, Tally and ERP).
∎ English and Bengali proficiency (Written and spoken) is required.
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ The applicants should have 10 years working manufacturing industries experience in Accounts and Finance Department.
∎ Required comprehensive Knowledge of Tax (Personal and Company), Company Law, Business Law and Commercial law
∎ Must have knowledge of new Value Added Tax and Supplementary Duty Act, 2012
∎ Must have sound knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard).
∎ Ability to work under account software environment and pressure.
∎ Ability to analyze data & organize documents/records;
∎ The applicants should have the experience(s) in the following business area(s): Manufacturing and listed Company only, other than these please do not apply.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ Must be knowledge tally ERP -9 and other accounting software.
∎ Proven work experience as a tax manager.
∎ Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns.
∎ Knowledge of tax software.
∎ Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems.
∎ Sound knowledge in Tax Law.
∎ Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships.
∎ Minimum 10 years relevant experience.
∎ Decent experience in statutory financials preparation and return submissions.
∎ Sound knowledge in Bangladesh and International accounting standards.
∎ Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision should be a good team player.
∎ Experience in Ceramic / Garments/Textile/Garments Accessories Company will be an added advantage.
