Responsibilities & Context:
Negotiating contracts and managing relationships with suppliers to secure high-quality materials and favorable terms.
Coordinating transportation routes, managing warehousing, and overseeing the movement of goods to ensure efficient delivery.
Monitoring stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs and avoiding shortages or excess inventory.
Outlining quotas and analyzing data to predict future demand, ensuring adequate supply for production.
Working with internal departments (like production and finance) and external partners (suppliers, customers) to align on business needs and ensure smooth operations.
