• Only Male

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in store management within a woven denim factory.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in store operations.

• Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.

• Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.

• Ensure all the Fabric & Accessories issue/delivery to cutting based on authorized requisition.

• Maintaining exception report & send daily basis to concern department.

• Send stock report monthly basis to management.

• Circulate style closing report every week/Monthly.

• Update to Management daily basis warehouse capacity vs stock information.

• Maintain Fabric stock, supplies and inventories style wise.

• Check received stock against invoices.

• Circulate leftover information every week/Monthly.

• Ensure all Fabric supplies to the Production floor is in accordance with consumption.

• Maintain store area safety and proper housekeeping.

• Prepare Annual Inventory for External & Internal Audit.

• Prepare reconciliation of accessories and share with the management after shipment.

• Planning & Consumption of all Individual Orders of Buyer’s and Report to management.

• Review staff performance and offer constructive feedback to them.

• Maintain & follow-up the company`s SOP/KPI/Execution & results.

• Ensuring the Internal/external Audit/Compliance & others

• Keeping fabric in buyer/order/batch/color wise in right place.

• Organic related all documentary recording, Such as-Buyer, order, program wise keeping and register maintain.

• Follow up every day MRR, delivery Callan and order closing report.
