• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

• For Manager, B.Sc/M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from DUET/ KUET/ RUET/ CUET

• For Sr. Site Engineer, Candidates with a Diploma or B.Sc. in Engineering from any recognized university or institution are eligible to apply.

• 7 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

• Age 32 to 45 years

• Project completion within timeline and budget

• Compliance with engineering standards and regulations

• Quality and safety benchmarks achieved

• Effective coordination and stakeholder satisfaction

• Strong project planning, analytical skills Risk management skills, Combination skills.

• Fluency in software programs related to construction management, including project management software (AutoCAD Civil 2D/3D, MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel etc.).

• Good written and oral communication skills in both English & Bangla.

• Strong Technical knowledge of construction engineering

• Leadership and team coordination ability

As part of this expansion, we are inviting applications from dynamic and capable professionals for the following of Manager/ Sr. Site Engineer for one of its concerns, Bay Icon International Hotel & Resort Ltd.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.

• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQ.

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.

• Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

• Review structural, architectural, and MEP drawings for execution.

• Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship.

• Identify and resolve technical issues at site.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to contract terms.

• Verify bills, measurements, and work completion reports.

• Ensure construction work complies with company standards and regulatory requirements.

• Implement QA/QC procedures and conduct regular site inspections.

• Maintain proper documentation of site activities and approvals.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.

• Conduct safety briefings and enforce safety protocols.

• Identify potential risks and take preventive measures.

• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.

• Assist in budget control and cost estimation.

• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower and equipment.

• Liaise with architects, consultants, and internal departments.

• Report project status, challenges, and risks to management.

• Attend project meetings and provide technical inputs.
