Educational Requirements:
∎ B. SC /M.SC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering From RUET,KUET,CUET,DUET or any Engineering University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and coordinate the engineering team to ensure the plants utilities are correctly specified to meet the demand, whilst managing the maintenance service to ensure limited unplanned stoppages.
∎ Ensure smooth operation for of all Generators, Boilers, Compressors, Dry rooms, Washing plant machinery & Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP).
∎ Undertake steps to reduce the cost by using the waste steam, water, and exhaust etc.
∎ To get the factory ready for Buyer’s audit within the specified time and attend the audit in coordination with compliance team.
∎ Understand, manage, and implement requirements of ALLIANCE & ACCORD standard.
∎ Monitor the daily utility Generation, consumption, and costing
∎ Establish and coordinate the preventive, regular maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule, and supply of materials required to maintain machines and equipment in the prescribed condition.
∎ Review and check all assigned project installation drawings for compliance with all company and project instructions of technical vendor submittals for installation requirements.
∎ Prepare & execute project implementation as per TNA maintaining the estimated budget.
