Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop and implement the e-commerce strategy to maximize revenue and ensure the highest standard of customer service
∎ To manage, develop and care for the team responsible for Safara Foods e-commerce sales, fulfilment and selling BM Images.
∎ To set the strategic direction for, oversee and co-ordinate all e-commerce activity across the Safara Foods including, audience and learning events, exhibitions, visitor services and hospitality.
∎ To work with Safara Foods Information Systems and the support development of system improvements and ensure that the e-commerce elements on the web site are fully functional at all times and meet customer needs.
∎ To ensure that the e-commerce activity is consistent with the ethos of the Safe Foods.
∎ To identify industry best practice and recommend where appropriate application in the museum.
∎ Confirming that all the information provided to the client is accurate and up to date.
∎ Providing information
∎ Having a willingness to research and learn about Safe Foods and related information regularly.
∎ To create and maintain an excellent personal relationship with partners and colleagues within the organization
∎ Helping in Preparing and checking all the legal and non-legal documents.

∎ Age at least 27 years

∎ Ability to directly lead and develop a small business unit and manage growth.
∎ Ability to develop strategy and manage its implementation.
∎ Project management skills with an ability to see things through to completion in a challenging environment.
∎ Be target oriented, and able to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
∎ Strong business skills evidenced by a business qualification or track record of managing similar businesses.
∎ Technical understanding of information and web-based systems evidenced through qualifications or previous management experience.
∎ Sound, up-to-date working knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice affecting the e-Commerce function.
