Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve sales targets by understanding market dynamics, creating area-specific sales plans, and retaining existing customers while acquiring new business opportunities.
∎ Enhance profitability and operating cash flow through gross margin improvement via technical selling, executing price increase plans, ensuring timely debt collection, and assessing risk management for customers.
∎ Foster team development through training, coaching, and mentoring, while motivating team members to maximize performance.
∎ Supervise support teams such as customer services, sales administration, and field color expert team to optimize business results and customer satisfaction.
∎ Conduct demand forecasting and market trend analysis by assessing seasonal impacts, analyzing product growth, identifying new product opportunities, and analyzing buyer trends.
∎ Monitor and improve service parameters for key customers by identifying service issues, coordinating with relevant departments for support, and monitoring service KPIs regularly.
∎ Manage relationships with top accounts and stakeholders by building strong rapport.
∎ Adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs by staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
