Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Lead warehouse and logistics team & oversee the daily activities of inbound and outbound logistics.
∎ • Manage the warehouse related activities such as finished goods, raw material, packing materials, spare parts & etc.
∎ • Coordinate with internal and external stake holder to resolve the operational issue.
∎ • Supervise warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
∎ • Optimize warehouse layout and storage configurations for maximum space utilization.
∎ • Generate reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance.
∎ • Responsible for warehouse documentation in line with billing & compliance.
∎ • Select and manage carriers, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective transportation solutions.
∎ • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to streamline procurement processes and ensure timely deliveries.
∎ • Ensure the accuracy of on time goods delivery to the customer.
∎ • Enforce health & safety protocols and ensure compliance regulations as Bonded warehouse.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Working experience in bonded warehouse operation.
∎ Familiar with SAP/Oracle ERP will be preferred.
∎ Proficient in MS word, power point, excel.
