Job Context:
∎ Paragon Group is one of the leading and largest conglomerate in poultry sector of Bangladesh is looking for a experienced, dynamic and self-driven professional for the position of Manager/Sr Manager for its DOC Sales & Marketing team.
∎ It`s a Corporate Head Office based job, location Mohakhali, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate, implement and review plan, policies and SOP for DOC (Day Old Chick) sales.
∎ Ensure effective coordination and cooperation with dealers, hatcheries, sales & marketing team and related concerns for all sales & marketing initiatives and business development.
∎ Analyze sales trends, preparing market plan and annual sales forecast.
∎ Identifying problems and make agreeable solutions regarding DOC sales.
∎ Generate new ideas and techniques for sales development.
∎ Arranging coordination meeting.
∎ Fixing the targets and achieving the goals.
∎ Evaluating competitor's activities and product performance.
∎ Innovating new markets & developing relations with new and existing customers.
∎ Prepare various report.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management/superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be conversant in using MS Office, email, etc.
∎ Candidates should be smart, honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented.
∎ Excellent communication, coordination & leadership skill.
∎ Willing to travel across the country.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive salary package will be offered for suitable candidate. Initially, salary will be increased after successful completion of 6 months probation period.
