∎ Work Station CPA Complex, Sadarghat, Chattagram.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities
∎ Responsible for growth & development of Product portfolio
∎ Developing and forecasting annual sales goals for the company and organizing into regions and territories; implement sales strategy to ensure sales goals are met in each region
∎ Developing sales forecasts and working with supply chain team
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with key strategic partners
∎ Identify target customers/markets
∎ Understand client/buyer needs in accordance to country / territory
∎ Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
∎ Meet/exceed sales objectives and sales and revenue targets
∎ Build effective trading relationships with key decision makers

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10-12 Years in Sales & Marketing of Export and Retail distribution of Food Products
∎ Expertise on logistics & Distribution
∎ Sound Business Financial and Numerical expertise
∎ Excellent Sales track record
∎ Presentation & Negotiation skills with excellent Leadership skills.
∎ Excellent analytical skills
∎ Professional and mature attitude towards resolving problems with a behavior competency to build relationships
∎ Competent IT Skills: Microsoft Outlook / Excel / Word / PowerPoint
