Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information System
∎ CA(CC)/ ICMAB 1200 marks completed will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, Financial Statement, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of monthly/quarterly and annual financial statements based on applicable laws, regulations and accounting standards.
∎ Maintaining & preparing all kind of vouchers, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger & different registers related to finance & accounts.
∎ To check daily receipts and payment vouchers.
∎ Maintain books of accounts both manually and by software.
∎ Maintain Bank reconciliation statement of different Bank A/c and others reconciliation as necessary.
∎ Reconciling invoices of all parties/clients against all transactions.
∎ Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
∎ Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
∎ Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
∎ Monitoring monthly bill voucher & accounts of all project sites.
∎ Handling "Fixed Assets" management.
∎ Other responsibilities, but not limited to assigned tasks by the superior officers and BOD as and when needed.
