Paragon Plastics Ltd. (a sister concern of Paragon Group) is looking for energetic, honest, dedicated & experienced candidates for the position of Manager/ Sr. Manager (QC) for its manufacturing factory of plastic woven bag, FIBC and poly bag, located at Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
Implementing QC parameters, standards and procedures that align with industry`s best practices and organizational requirements.
Quality control of raw materials and finished goods.
Maintain quality systems and pass quality audits.
Handling customers feedback.
Monitoring product performance feedback.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, certifications, and company standards.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to quality control activities.
Any other relevant assignment given by the superior.
