Education:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Cost & Management Accounting
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System
Professional certifications or courses in MIS, Data Analysis, Finance, or related areas are preferred. CA (CC) or other relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools. Experience with ERP systems, BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven ability in official correspondence and stakeholder communication. Strong organizational and leadership abilities, Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop, implement, and maintain MIS systems and reporting frameworks
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management decision-making
Analyze financial and operational data to provide insights and recommendations
Design and automate dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate data
Prepare management presentations and reports for senior leadership
Maintain continuous correspondence with regulatory authorities, auditors, and stakeholders where required
Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes
Identify process improvements and implement MIS best practices
Ensure timely submission of reports to regulatory bodies and management
Liaise with IT teams to improve ERP and MIS systems
