∎ Age at least 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversees the month and closing activities, ledger maintenance, balance sheet , overhead cost calculation, loan process and financial growth analysis and reporting .
∎ Responsible for preparing and presenting to the management monthly financial reports including monthly profit and loss by division.
∎ Able to develop, design, and implement professional accounting system for Group of Industries.
∎ Analyze actual manufacturing & production costs, analyze material, labor and overhead cost according to budget.
∎ Analyze risk, investigate financial irregularities, inspect the company's current practices and recommend improvements.
∎ Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports of all the concerns of the group and submit to the management.
∎ Responsible for monthly business performance analysis, reporting, review costing and managing budget.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on banking, TAX, VAT, RJSC Insurance etc.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on Import, Export L/C, B2B L/C, Proceed realization, Loan Management & Adjustment. Prepare monthly bank/loan reconciliation statements.
∎ Monitor and ensure day-to-day Accounts & Financial activities are properly recorded in Books of Accounts.
∎ Providing leadership and strategic recommendations to the Management.
∎ Have to maintain all Financial and Accounts activities as top leader of a company from the business group.
∎ Logistics and any other tasks as assigned by the management.
