∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounts Finance
∎ Masters in Accounting/ MBA in Finance from any reputed Public University
∎ Candidates with CA Degree will be given preference.
∎ Students of University of Dhaka, Jahangirnagar University, Khulna University, University of Chittagong will get preference.

Accounts and Finance, DYEING FACTORY, Spining Factory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dyeing Factory, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Spinning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide support to Line Manager on the day-to-day operation & activities of all financial information system.
∎ Taking responsibility and supervising the works & activities of junior staff members.
∎ To monitor the overall recoding process, preparation of Profit & Loss Account and Balance sheet.
∎ Liaising with all relevant Departments and Business Units on a range of issues.
∎ Product Costing and ensure recoding of all purchase and relevant expenses.
∎ Ensure proper inventory record and monthly reconciliation with physical stock.
∎ Ensure proper recording for LATR opening, settlement and bank interest.
∎ Ensure Foreign Exchange gain loss calculation and recoding.
∎ Ensure Bank Reconciliation.
∎ Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
∎ Ensure compliance with tax and VAT deducted at source and other tax requirements.
∎ Ensure reconciliation of client's ledger and quarterly confirmation of balance.
∎ Ensure partners claim calculation and claim adjustment properly.
∎ Other duties & responsibilities as and when required.
∎ Monitor the whole accounts and finance requirements of selected factories.
∎ Provide timely and accurate analysis of Budgets, Financial Reports and Financial Trends in order to assist the Management team to perform their responsibilities.
∎ Designing Business Plans/strategies for maximizing revenue, profitability & liquidity.
∎ Meeting Official Account, Costing & statutory Auditing requirements including internal audit by implementing functional systems, monitoring and achieving cost reduction.
∎ Analyzing, Coordinating proper mix of Equity & debt fund requirements.
∎ Cost Benefit Analysis of each activity in business Processes, identifying key and critical processes to operate at optimum Cost.
∎ Applicants must be worked experience in to Dyeing & Spinning factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on all statutory legislation and regulations.
∎ Strong Team building and leadership skills.
∎ Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.
∎ 6+ years of experience for a Dyeing & Spinning factory/ company, with at least 3 years of experience in a Senior Leadership position.
∎ Should have experience in working with the Senior Executive Team, and have a high level of written and oral communication skills.
∎ Sound knowledge on computer literacy (MS Office, Accounting Software like Quick Books etc.).
