Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To oversee the entire factory operation, including production, maintenance, quality control, administration and logistics
∎ To develop and implement daily and monthly production plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives
∎ To coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to meet production targets efficiently
∎ To monitor and enhance production processes to maximize efficiency and reduce waste
∎ To ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime
∎ To supervise the quality control process, ensuring that all products meet company and industry standards
∎ To implement and maintain health, safety, and compliance regulations within the factory
∎ To manage and lead a medium-sized team, fostering a productive and disciplined work environment
∎ To maintain and analyze factory performance reports, suggesting improvements to optimize output
∎ To oversee logistics and supply chain activities to ensure the timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
