Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Generate new deposit business and achieve assigned deposit targets.
∎ Identify and implement cross-functional sales opportunities to maximize business potential.
∎ Maintain strong customer relationships through regular meetings, visits, and proactive service.
∎ Ensure efficient client servicing and address client needs promptly.
∎ Ensure proper documentation for liability clients and mitigate business risks.
∎ Maintain close coordination with channel partners and internal stakeholders.
∎ Collect and analyze market intelligence and customer demand trends.
∎ Report early alerts on business risks as per bank policy.
∎ Ensure compliance with risk management controls and operational procedures.
∎ Support cross-selling of retail banking products to enhance business growth.
