Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop marketing and selling strategy of interior solutions to High Networth Individual (HNI) and corporate clients
∎ Develop relation with big business houses, banks, HNI's etc
∎ Conduct market survey for interior and construction material
∎ Invent of the new trend of material/brands etc
∎ Prepare of work order for the project
∎ Develop technical awareness of interior products/fit-out works.
∎ Manage clients expectations through liaison with internal departments, keeping clients updated on project developments and building sustainable long term client relationships

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 years experienced in real estate field
∎ Computer Literacy : Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCAD
∎ Must be from real estate industry, Interior, Furniture, Building Materials, based on Dhaka

Salary: Negotiable
