Rupayan Land Development Ltd. is a sister concern of RUPAYAN GROUP, which is a leading Real Estate Company in Bangladesh. Right now we are looking for Branch In-Charge for Cox’s Bazar Branch Office, who will share our pride and support our continuous business growth by showcasing his talent, skill, experience, expertise, dedication, integrity, accountability & transparency.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
Lead and manage all sales activities of the branch to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Supervise Branch Officers and monitor daily activities & sales performance.
Ensure proper customer follow-ups, site visits, bookings and deal closures.
Coordinate with the Head office Sales team & Marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
Handle customer negotiations, pricing discussions and finalization of booking terms.
Monitor payment schedules, collections and booking documentation.
2. Project Operations & Site Management
Oversee day-to-day project operations at the site monitor progress.
Coordinate with site supervisors, suppliers and vendors to ensure timely execution of works.
Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards and safety regulations.
Identify operational issues and report them to the Corporate Office with corrective action plans.
3. Branch Administration & Office Management
Manage overall administrative functions of the Cox’s Bazar branch office.
Supervise office staff, sales team and site personnel attendance & discipline.
Ensure proper office facilities, logistics support, utilities and security arrangements.
Control branch expenses, petty cash and approved operational costs.
Maintain branch records, files and operational documentation.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Address customer queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
Oversee post-booking follow-ups, payment collections and handover coordination.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand image.
5. Reporting & Coordination
Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales and project progress reports to Head Office.
Report on branch performance, collections, inventory status of units and manpower.
Coordinate regularly with Head Office regarding policies, approvals and strategic decisions.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
