Responsibilities & Context:
Setting up the company and factory.
Manage cutting, sewing, store, and finishing departments to hit targets.
On-Time Shipment: Make sure orders are finished and shipped according to buyer deadlines.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards to reduce defects, alterations, and repair costs.
Cost and Efficiency Control: Cut unnecessary production costs, manage manpower expenses, and use [[Industrial Engineering] methods like Lean manufacturing.
Compliance and Safety: Follow local labor laws, buyer codes of conduct, and worker safety rules.
Team Leadership: Hire key staff, arrange employee training, and resolve department conflicts.
