∎ Must have strong knowledge of bonded warehouse operations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee all store operations for finished fabrics, chemicals, trims, accessories, spares, and general items.
∎ Ensure timely delivery, accurate storage, and controlled distribution of imported raw materials.
∎ Maintain inventory accuracy through LIFO/FIFO/BIN card methods and software entry.
∎ Review import indents based on lead time and stock levels; coordinate with Commercial & Merchandising teams.
∎ Ensure compliance with SOPs and maintain all documentation (MPR, MRR, MIS, MTC, TMRR, etc.).
∎ Monitor material quality, manage inventory levels, and control wastage and overhead costs.
∎ Ensure warehouse safety, proper storage, and timely dispatch.
∎ Prepare monthly stock statements and support internal/external audits.
∎ Liaise with suppliers for material updates and follow up on shipments.
