Job Context:
∎ Torayvino BD is the sole agent to import and distribute the Torayvino Water Purifier in Bangladesh. Torayvino is a Faucet-mounted water purifier developed by Toray, Japan. It combines a cutting-edge hollow-fiber filter, developed using Toray`s invented advanced membrane technology, with high-performance granular activated carbon and other filtering media. Torayvino water filters are made with the same membrane technology used in dialyzers to purify blood in the medical field.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To take responsibility to achieve targets in Sales
∎ Previous working experience in managing and appointing dealerships.
∎ Corporate client management experiences and linkage
∎ Provide market intelligence reports to support business & strategic planning.
∎ Facilitate sales team to review and evaluate business performance in business review meetings.
∎ Manage all sales communication and requirements through effective management of the marketing function.
∎ To apply different tools & techniques to achieve the sales target.
∎ Weekly & monthly sales report preparation.
∎ Regular & systematic credit follow-up.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Excellent communication skills & team-leading skills.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
∎ In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues.
∎ Candidates with relevant experience as Senior Manager will be given preference.
∎ Candidates from reputed organizations National / Multinational will be an added advantage
∎ Candidates having previous experience in the water purification market will get preference
∎ Should have the willingness to visit different regions of the country to appoint dealers and market research.
∎ Previous working experience in managing and appointing dealerships.
∎ Have knowledge regarding digital marketing.
∎ Should have the ability to develop ideas and strategies to improve business and meet the company objective through achievements.
