∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Measure whether the control charts are properly done.
∎ Ensure setup, train and monitor the QC, QI, and ensure the quality of garments reflect the customers’ requirements.
∎ Conduct pre-production meetings and take approval from key accounts for on-time production.
∎ Involve in fit sessions with garment technologists and key accounts to ensure the fitness of garments.
∎ Follow up on the quality-related report.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Ensure all materials; fabrics, trims and other accessories are undergoing quality checking.
∎ Ensure that the shade segregation procedure in the inspection department is properly done.
∎ Ensure that the measurement control charts are properly done.
∎ Ensure that the line QCs check the SPI, TKT and seam quality parameters.
∎ Ensure the trim information (Trim Card) in the production process.
∎ Ensure measurement audits are carried out properly.
∎ Maintain production sample, wash approval shade band collection
∎ Maintain order file folder.
∎ Ensure floor compliance & discipline.
∎ Arrange daily quality meeting with team member.
∎ Counsel arranges for absent and low performer associates.
∎ Share and review planning changes with plant team in a weekly basis.
∎ Follow up pre-production activities (sampling/pilot a & b/1st Bulk) to ensure on time input of new styles.
∎ Follow up on material in house status.
∎ Prepare monthly build up plans for the production.
∎ Follow up cut projection to arrange on time.
∎ Attend PP meetings for the plant.
∎ Manage the plant PPC coordinator.
∎ Review & implement micro plan for each order from cut to pack.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
