Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEng) in Textile Engineering., BSc in Textile Engineering, Masters in Engineering (MEng) in Textile Engineering from any reputed University.
∎ Skills Required: Email Communications, English as well as computer literacy.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Denim items, Garment Sector: Denim Bottom (Woven), Production Management (Knitting & Weaving), Production planning, Production Planning of Woven and Denim fabric manufacturing Plant
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Head Office Based but have to work in any factory.
∎ Candidates who have experience in Woven and Denim fabric manufacturing factory, can apply.
∎ At least experience of handling 10-12 years Denim fabric manufacturing factory.
∎ The position will be under the direct supervision of the Group GM (Denim Fabric Production)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acknowledgment of the order quantity in advance for making the production plan and to cooperate with the Management and giving necessary directives to the Production peoples regarding the production plan.
∎ Having a clear idea about the quality of Denim fabric manufacturing and to guide his subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there is any problem of fabric quality so that final goods can be made the exportable stage.
∎ To advise the Production manpower to follow the production schedule and ensure proper planning to follow-up Production as per planning.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men, machine & material to capitulate higher productivity.
∎ Analyze, control and reduce cost in an effective and efficient manner.
∎ Monitor operational performance to improve the existing performance and efficiency of the production operatives and processes.
∎ Overall act as a catalyst for change and improvement in better planning for optimum Production.
∎ Plan, Coordinate and optimize planning for 2,500,000yds monthly production capacity Denim fabric manufacturing unit
∎ Follow up pre-production activities planning and ensure back-to-back feeding achieve targets without compromising fabric quality.
∎ Train & motivate production manpower to achieve target without compromising fabric quality..
∎ By time study determining capacity of operation and planning improvement
∎ Preparing Operation Breakdown/Layout & calculate Manpower, Machinery & martials
∎ Apply statically methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process, manpower requirements as per production standards.
∎ Conducting of time study and motion study and idle man machine hours on daily basis.
∎ Efficiency calculation of all production manpower on daily & monthly basis and take necessary initiative to increase individual efficiency.
∎ Finalize capacity charts, create the loading, receiving & finishing plans & to manage deviations within the planning process.
∎ Reviewing production schedules from respective concerns, engineering specification, orders and related information to obtained knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures and activities.
∎ Keeping updated with all the Information of the area assigned & Maintain Daily production planning related reports
∎ Ensure an incredibly significant role to increase productivity with standard.
∎ Ensure 100% on time shipment as buyer demand.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Production and Planning.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Time Management skill.
