Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven marketing professional to join our leadership team as Manager / Senior Manager – Marketing. The role is responsible for driving brand positioning, demand generation, and integrated marketing initiatives aligned with organizational growth objectives. The incumbent will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance market presence, customer engagement, and business performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support business growth and brand objectives.
  • Lead brand management, campaign planning, and integrated marketing communications across digital and traditional channels.
  • Lead and oversee corporate social media platforms to ensure consistent brand messaging, strong audience engagement, and thought leadership positioning, while enhancing brand image through strategic content planning.
  • Oversee market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage marketing budgets, campaign performance, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with sales, business development, and product teams to support lead generation and conversion initiatives.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives including content marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and performance campaigns.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
  • Prepare and present marketing plans, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
