Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have good presentation skills.
∎ Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy, based on market share movements, establish objectives, market characteristics, cost and markup factors.
∎ Responsible for Direct Client dealings in the showroom sales to the customer whether B2B or B2C.
∎ Demonstrate technical knowledge & skills for the sanitary ware and building material items.
∎ Actively research potential clients and pursue new business relation.
∎ Prepare daily/ weekly/monthly report for the HOD/or Management.
∎ Organizing sales visits.
∎ Demonstrating and presenting products.
∎ Establishing new business.
∎ Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
∎ Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
∎ Review and monitor the performance of the in-store sales and customer personnel.
∎ Ensure and monitor pro-active and responsive customer follow up.
∎ Ensure proactive and timely customer care at all times.
∎ Ability to conduct weekly training to plumbers on site.
∎ Must be able to work under target & tight schedule.
∎ Demonstrate technical knowledge & skills for the company's sales & marketing department to ensure consistent growth.
∎ To conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future product (s)/ growth.
∎ HOD may change/add/deduct responsibility to support Sales & Marketing department's strategy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should have excellent people management skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS Office application, Internet, Email.

Salary: Negotiable
