∎ EVERGREEN TRADING INTERNATIONAL LTD. presently endeavors to create `One Stop Service Center` where clients will find true European Standard Bathroom and Kitchen Solutions. The company looks for presenting the clients with new sensation of modern day bathroom, kitchen fittings & Architectural Hardware etc. Furthermore, we are affiliated with most renowned International brands such as:
∎ To provide the highest standards of services and solutions to our valued customers, we are looking for young, bright and energetic candidates for the following position.
∎ Furthermore, we are affiliated with most renowned International brands such as: Duravit (GERMANY), hansgrohe (GERMANY), PYRAMIS (GREECE), DADA (KOREA), GEBERIT (SWITZERLAND), SCHELL (GERMANY), INAX (JAPAN), dorset (INDIA).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare all types of Import documents.
∎ Banking operations have to be performed.
∎ Verify Import documents for compliance with local and international regulations, like HS Code with NBR portal.
∎ Collect documents, prepare L/C accordingly and attain bank formalities on time for delivering on time.
∎ Execute all regulatory formalities of Customs relating to Import.
∎ Ensure managing yearly Customs Audit claims independently.
∎ Bill of entry provides to the bank for online update.
∎ Determination of Back to the Back portion under each Master L/C on time to avoid delay.
∎ Acceptance/Extension/Amendment/Shipping Guarantee letter prepare.
∎ Insurance Cover note & Policy issuance to reduce the risk of import.
∎ Checking & controlling PI & invoice, packing list & other related documents for importing of goods.
∎ Import goods release purpose document prepare for all customs.
∎ Indemnity Bond-related activities.
∎ Maintaining Time & Action plan, Proper records of all LC, Payment, etc.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports in import for the concerned person.
∎ Correspondence with Exporters / Importers/ Principal, Shipping line, forwarder, C&F, Transport, and other concerned authorities accordingly.
∎ Experience of LC opening, close and amendment and preparing all kinds of import and export document and all type of license and permission related work.
∎ Knowledge of preparing Bank Loan, Bank Grantee document & implementation.
∎ Ensure all coordination with internal & external stakeholders.
∎ Monthly VAT Return submit and export, import related VAT activities document preparation.
∎ Analyzing PR (Purchase Requisitions), Preparing CS (Comparative Statement), and Issuing of PO (Purchase Orders) and following it up till final delivery.
∎ Prepare correspondence, business reports and presentations as required.
∎ Any other allocated duties from time to time are assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ready to work under pressure.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Self-motivated, responsible and team player.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Highly Pro-active, Energetic & Self Motivated
∎ MS Office
