∎ MBA or Masters in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Main line operator
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Freight forwarding

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring efficiency regarding the PIL system activities (LMS and AMS) & electronic D/O system.
∎ Overseeing the subordinate's performance who are working on the documentation team (Chittagong, Dhaka, Mongla) and responding to their difficulties.
∎ Guiding the subordinates and ensuring that their tasks are performed effectively and efficiently.
∎ Signing of delivery orders and bills of lading after proper checking of Bank endorsements etc.,
∎ Supervise daily audit of collection of local charges and demurrage and detention invoicing.
∎ Ensure all customers at the D/O counters are satisfied with their queries and address their complaints.
∎ Timely reply to emails from the PIL network globally & PIL head office regarding local importing procedures /conditions.
∎ Attend periodical meetings conducted by Bangladesh customs authorities.
∎ Planning and discussion with the local management regarding the fulfillment of the vision.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Candidate must bring 1 copy of CV during interview.

Salary: Negotiable
