Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Finance & Accounting.
∎ MBA/CA in relevant field from any public university/Institution.
∎ Other discipline can also be applied.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed:
∎ Monitoring Corporate Tax.
∎ Monitoring Provident Fund Accounts & Gratuity Fund Accounts.
∎ Monitoring General Accounts.
∎ Submission of Monthly ASA report.
∎ Submission of Monthly Management report.
∎ Monitoring WPPF, WWF matter.
∎ Monitoring Joint stock Company matter, Audit Firms, Tax office, Banks & VAT office.
∎ Monitoring weekly fund position.
∎ Monitoring monthly salary payment, income tax etc.
∎ Prepare & Submission of Annual Budget, Annual General Meeting papers, Board meeting papers & corporate matter.
∎ Monitoring all administrative & Finance matter.
∎ Other jobs assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have shipping knowledge.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Strong verbal and written communications skills with strong accounting software experience. Proficiency with MS Office (Excel / Word) and experience with PMS like Opera, Sun Finance, Oracle Finance, SAP etc.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Must be a team player with good presentation skill.
∎ Should have positive attitude.
∎ Ability to maintain self-composure in a high pressure work place.
∎ High People management capability, dynamic and hard worker.
Salary: Negotiable
