Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The primary responsibility will be accounting, budget planning & control, liquidity/cash management, strategic planning, treasury, ALM and tax functions; i.e. in short, directing overall financial policies and procedures.
∎ Finance & Accounts Department is responsible for managing the financial actions of the company. Duties & responsibilities of the executives & officers of FAD include tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions.
∎ Job description would include:
∎ Manage all financial functions including accounting, budget, insurance, tax, ALM and treasury.
∎ Accumulate and analyze accounting and statistical data for preparation of reports/statements as per requirements of the Management, Board, and Regulatory Authorities in line with international accounting standards, legal requirement and industry best practices.
∎ Ensuring prudent management of cash flow and associated financial risk exposures.
∎ Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's, concepts, practices, and procedures.
∎ Ensuring the timely completion and submission of financial and statistical reporting for management and regulatory agencies.
∎ Informing and advising senior management on the organization's financial condition.
∎ Preparation of BASEL-II and other reports related to the Capital Position.
∎ Working with senior management in setting annual financial goals and targets for organization.
∎ Tracking, reporting and managing the overall financial performance.
∎ Perpetration of Annual Reports.
∎ Auditing and Reconciliation of Cash Transactions, Company Accounts, Bank Statements, Receivables and Payables, Organizing monthly Reconciliation and other internal audit.
∎ Prepare, organize, and handle Tax, Tax-VAT reports, and statements.
∎ Maintain accurate accounting records/vouchers for future references.
∎ Develop and maintain a Business Continuity Plan.
∎ Any other assignment as given by higher authorities from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 8 [eight] years with at least 5 [five] years' experience in the Finance & Accounts Department of any Bank/Non-Bank Financial Institution
∎ Effective written and oral communication skills with good typing speed in English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, within agreed targets and time scales and deliver quality outcomes.
∎ Not more than 40 years on February 3, 2022. Age limit may be relaxed for experienced candidate.
