Minimum 5 years of working experience in loans and advance.
Sound knowledge in credit, banking laws, regulatory policies and circulars.
Ability to drive automation ensuring customer-centricity, He/she will be self-propelled and capable in meeting deadlines.
Candidates with experience working in CBS is preferred.

We are looking for qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Manager/ Senior Manager Credit Administration Division.
Major Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare credit documentation for various business segments in compliance with approval terms, the Bank's policies and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Scrutinize credit and security documents, ensuring the standard documentation process. Coordinate with relevant service providers for documents vetting, title search reports.
- completion of mortgage formalities, valuation/inspection reports and filing charge documents with RJSC within the stipulated timeline.
- Correspond with internal and external auditors, including the Bangladesh Bank Inspection Team and provide information/documents as per their requirements.
- Timely submission of various internal/external reports accurately and monitor exceptions.
- Monitor the credit portfolio regularly to ensure timely oversight and maintain the quality of portfolio.
