Job Description

• Assisting SVP Marketing & Sales to prepare short, mid and long-term sales and promotional expense forecasts on assigned product groups.

• Supervising Executives of Antibiotic Portfolio, to implement the Marketing Plan and achieve the forecasted budget.

• Supervising development of promotional materials for the same product groups.

• Preparing Marketing Plans for assigned product groups including existing and new products.

• Generating innovative ideas in changing and developing promotional strategies and program.

• Developing and preparing product manual and training manual for the assigned product range.

• Monitoring sales against target and devise appropriate strategies and plans to meet sales forecasts of assigned product ranges.

• Generating new ideas & assisting Product Executives to convert those ideas into strategy.

• Providing guidelines to Product Executives to generate effective promotional campaigns.

• Maintaining vigilance over price trend of RM & PM and pass on any information on price or supplier to Commercial for comparison and possible inclusion as a source.

• Providing special services to field forces regarding clinical meeting, medical education program and dispatch of special and regular samples etc.

• Providing training for assigned new and existing products to the field force.

• Arrange congress for National KOL

• Visiting the KOLs over the country and exchange ideas to obtain feedback on the movement of assigned products.

• Assisting field forces of assigned regions for their achievement & development

• Executing any other work assigned by the superior.
