• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management is preferred

• Age 35 to 42 years

• Supply Chain Management & Procurement responsibility of Large Garment Industry.

• Justification of requisition before purchase

• Will be responsible to Purchase Machineries, Raw materials for Textile and Garments related products, Machineries, Accessories, Chemicals, etc.

• Ensure effective procurement both foreign & local.

• Lead, train, and motivate the SCM team to achieve departmental goals.

• Track key supply chain metrics (cost, lead time, service level, accuracy).

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely availability of raw materials and services.

• Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors to develop procurement strategies that are trustworthy and cost-effective.

• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure beneficial terms and finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.

• Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility and maintaining long-term relationships.

• Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs.

• Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business partnerships

• Coordinate with other departments for justified spare parts, requisitions and supplies.

• To carry out any other tasks as assigned by the Management as and when required.
