Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager- Sales to lead our Sales team in the Water Treatment Solution field, specifically focusing on water Purifier products such as Water Purifier (RO, Non RO), Accessories & Media. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of these products and relevant markets, along with excellent leadership and managerial skills to inspire and drive the team towards achieving company objectives and targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.

  • Lead and manage the Sales team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to maximize team performance.

  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company`s customer base and product portfolio.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

  • Collaborate with the product development team to enhance existing products and introduce new offerings based on market demand.

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to make informed business decisions and recommendations.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and strategic initiatives to senior management.

  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand initiatives to enhance brand visibility and awareness.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

  • Drive a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the Sales department.
