Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manages nationwide sales of the company's products and services.
∎ Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.
∎ Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
∎ Collaborates with management in establishing, recommending and achieving the most realistic monthly sales goals for the company.
∎ Manages sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
∎ Establishes and manages effective programs to achieve sales target appraise and train sales personnel.
∎ Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with management.
∎ Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
∎ Reviews progress of sales and take necessary action to achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
∎ Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company products every month.
∎ Provides monthly results assessments of sales staff productivity.
∎ Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures and take necessary approval from management.
∎ Collaborates with management to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
∎ Interprets short and long term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
∎ Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.
∎ Collaborates with management to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
∎ Reviews expenses and recommends economies.
∎ Holds regular visiting of territory & meeting with sales staff.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience and success in recruiting and retaining a high performance sales team and a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse sales team.
∎ Demonstrated ability to achieve sales target.
∎ Demonstrated ability to professionally develop and train team members.
∎ Strategy development, project management, problem solving, and change management skills.
∎ Solid understanding of healthcare and regulatory requirements and issues.
∎ Exceptional negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally.
∎ Ability to effectively present information and negotiate with all levels of management.
∎ Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
∎ Business related computer skills including Microsoft Office, Microsoft excel.
∎ A solid understanding of market, trends, technologies and products.
∎ Ability to travel as required.
