∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ A proven track record in automobile industry’s sales would be more advantageous.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Understanding the characteristics, capabilities and feature of all products and also providing the potential dealer with detailed information including different competitive model of motorbikes & helmets.
∎ Develop and implement Marketing & Sales plan and strategies of all products based on Market Analysis to maximize the market sales.
∎ Should be able to co-ordinate with the Sales Team for timely submission of sales plan/forecast/requisite reports & consolidating it at National level.
∎ To maintain customer database, relationship and liaison with existing as well as prospective dealers.
∎ Assisting customer with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
∎ Shall be responsible adequate stock availability, order forecasting, inventory management at territory/national level
∎ Preparing departmental Budget with Action Plan towards implementation of the target.
∎ Product development activities through designing and preparing of promotional items.
∎ Working to dedicate himself even beyond office hours.
∎ Result oriented personality.
∎ Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets.
∎ Assisting with set up of dealer showroom and promotional display.
∎ Motivate and train the sales team involved in marketing the product.
∎ Ability to work independently and effectively in complex situation.
