Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional clients.
∎ Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
∎ Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare regular reports.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing and editorial teams to align sales strategies with product launches.
∎ Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients.
∎ Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
