Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and deliver sales strategy, annual sales budget & target.
∎ Preparing Sales Plan & yearly Sales Execution Plan.
∎ Ensuring achievement of Sales Target through Team Effort.
∎ Monitoring, and guiding the sales team in achieving the departmental sales target;
∎ Directly supervising activities of Sales Team Leaders;
∎ Planning & implementing Various Sales Promotion in coordination with Marketing team.
∎ Providing functional requirement as per product category & market demand for architects to start initial drawing of project;
∎ Coordination with design dept and providing design feedback to ensure both functional & aesthetic aspect of design as per product category & market demand;
∎ Frequent visit to different project to monitor quality of construction & site branding from sales point of view;
∎ Formulate and initiate action plan to ensure the achievement of Revenue collection target as set by the Management time to time.
∎ Counseling the flat owner before/after cancel / surrender flat.
∎ Other special assignment provided by the management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy is essential.

∎ Negotiable
