We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Manager (Sales), Readymix for Bashundhara Readymix & Construction Industries Ltd.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare an annual sales strategy and budget, and continuously monitor and report on its achievement on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.
∎ To carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning, and awareness.
∎ Achievement of sales and collection targets.
∎ Prepare weekly sales reports for submission to the reporting supervisor
∎ Develop sales promotional plan considering the market requirements.
∎ Based on marketing reports and sales performance revise strategies
∎ Retain existing client with effecting cooperation maintaining proper liaison and enrich network with a range of stakeholders
∎ Provide monthly sales forecasting for product availability & production planning.
∎ Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy in promoting sales
∎ Monitoring competitors activity and report to supervisor
∎ Prepare a monthly report over an existing customer with their feedback
∎ Plan for Sales call development for better output. Plan for People development, market development.
∎ Any other task assigned by top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in the Readymix industry will get preference.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
∎ Should have excellent skills in management prioritization.
∎ Having managerial, critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, strategic planning, and other related business skills is crucial.
Salary: Negotiable
