Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish and continually monitor sales target by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
∎ Analyze Sales data to understand trends and suggest necessary changes in distribution strategy.
∎ Complete national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning field force; following up on work results.
∎ Manager retailer and distributor’s commission, disbursement of primary and secondary claims accurately and on time.
∎ Ensure timely and proper communication to the channel partners regarding schemes and policies.
∎ Monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts.
∎ Work closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
∎ Monitor the accuracy and efficiency of distribution sales reports and other intelligence essential to the organization.
∎ Coordinate training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel.
∎ Manage sales operations expenses to ensure delivery of internal gross margin goals
∎ Responsible for the development and implementation of new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations
∎ Continually strive to improve all sales operations processes and programs by gathering facts, diagnosing problems, and proposing solutions to senior management.
∎ Work to facilitate smooth coordination and functioning of all of the above with the access to a fully automated software providing information and tools needed to ensure error free field ops from an overall perspective.
