Job Context:
∎ A Largest 4-star Resort at North Bengal. The mentioned position will be recruited for responsible to Sales & Marketing Department.
∎ We`re searching for a motivated team player with outstanding business skills to be the next head of sales and marketing at our busy resort you`ll be in charge of developing a revenue management strategy to maximize profitability for everyday sales in areas such as rooms, dining, catering, and events. This dynamic leader is the voice of our brand and manages the marketing budget to enable the development of property-specific campaigns, promotions, and collateral to generate revenue and meet property targets
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and implement short and long-term marketing strategies to meet sales team goals and annual sales targets.
∎ Actively seek new business using marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other methods.
∎ Hire, train, and motivate your team to provide better customer service to your clients.
∎ Generate new business while also increasing customer loyalty by cultivating long-term relations with patrons.
∎ Evaluate market trends to determine pricing to balance costs, competition, and supply and demand.
∎ Prepare accurate and complete sales reports documenting marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing plans.
∎ Consult with sales managers and stakeholders to evaluate the company's performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in computer skills and software, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
∎ Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Bring about innovation and guide managers to manage change.
∎ Build positive relationships with the board.
∎ Carry out negotiation policy and create limits.
∎ Carry out total revenue management.
∎ Create and use a knowledge management system.
∎ Create opportunities for innovation in the organization.
∎ Develop self and be strong in leading an organization.
∎ Develop solutions for talent management.
∎ Direct organizational sales and provide marketing solutions to meet business targets.
∎ Form and lead organizational relationships and diversity.
∎ Lead service innovation.
∎ Manage crisis situations
∎ Plan and create financial budget and plans.
∎ Seize business opportunities brought about by technological disruption in the hospitality industry.
∎ To lead during a crisis.
∎ Track divisional performance and develop incentives to help achieve results.
∎ Track sales and marketing outcomes.
∎ Train the workforce for service excellence.
∎ The Head of Sales and Marketing leads the team to increase revenue from room sales. S/he works in achieving sales revenue targets as assigned. S/he writes, carries out and monitors revenue plans to achieve objectives. S/he finds new opportunities for the team to meet sales targets. S/he stays in contact with all clients to bring about client satisfaction.
∎ S/he makes sure deadlines of projects are met. S/he assesses situations and plans solutions. S/he has to track competitors' activities and assist in gathering market intelligence. S/he also oversees all marketing and communications initiatives. S/he works in line with the property's vision and goals. S/he boosts property brand awareness to ensure a competitive edge, while maintaining strategic partnerships with external stakeholders.
∎ Besides managing the department's budget, he/she plans training for the sales team
