Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serve customers by selling products and visit them regularly.
∎ Collect inquiries from customers and submit quotation.
∎ Serving existing accounts, obtains orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers.
∎ Keep management informed by submitting activity results and reports, such as daily / weekly work plans and monthly / quarterly / annual target/achievement analyses.
∎ Monitor competition by gathering current market information on pricing, products, new products etc.
∎ Recommend changes in service policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
∎ Monitor customer complaints to assist technical and service team for investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and subsequently making recommendations to management.
∎ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age level 27-45 years
∎ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
∎ Fluent in English language, email communication and proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
∎ Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and deliver results. Problem-solving skills and ability to overcome challenges.
