Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ Master of Commerce (M. Com) in Accounting or Finance from any recognized/reputed University.
∎ Skills Required: Accounting, Banks & Financial, Income Tax and VAT, Taxation, VAT and Tax, VAT and Tax related work

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, BIDA Work, Finance, Income Tax and VAT, Tax Law, Taxation, VAT and Tax
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Update monthly bank accounts, ensure bank reconciliation and prepare financial reports for the management.
∎ Prepare various official letters to the Bank for LC and Banking purpose.
∎ Manage annual external audits & liaise with external auditors during audit.
∎ Preparation and submission of required returns to NBR, Customs, Bangladesh Bank etc.
∎ Liaison with various Govt. offices, Banks, Insurance and other related office.
∎ Other works assigned by the Management, time to time.
∎ Prepare annual tax computation.
∎ Prepare the monthly VAT return (Mushak 9.1) and all other Mushak forms (6.1,6.2,6.3,6.6).
∎ Lead the external affairs of VAT, Tax, & Customs.
∎ Responsible for yearly VAT & Tax planning.
∎ Maintain the safeguard of compliance.
∎ Ensure submission of the compliance report as per the calendar.
∎ Certify VAT & Tax deduction at sources as per compliance.
∎ Maintain liaison with govt offices (Tax office, NBR).
∎ Maintain VAT software.
∎ Responsible for the input-output coefficient (4.3)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Advanced skills in written & communication in English.
∎ Must have knowledge about Bangladesh Tax, Vat, Customs, Banking Act, Companies Act etc.
∎ Possess problem solving and analytical skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Good knowledge about international banking and international trade.

Salary: Negotiable
