∎ 2 years of experience as a Manager, Proven leadership in Sales & Marketing.
∎ Experience in Poly Sales and Marketing.
∎ Good Communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Demonstrate confident 'Can Do' attitude and demonstrate a passion for sales.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work alone and within a team.
∎ Analytical judgment, Pro-activeness.
∎ 2 years of experience as a Manager, Proven leadership in Sales & Marketing.
∎ Experience in Poly Sales and Marketing.
∎ Good Communication skills in both Bangla and English.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop new clients and liaise with present clients to achieve sales plan;
∎ Get sample and submit to buyer and ensure approval of sample from buyer;
∎ Maintain working procedure to obtain and maintain buyer nomination;
∎ Work to get order, LC collection, and collect Party Acceptance (PA);
∎ Maintain all necessary records, documents, and databases;
∎ Involve and engage in projects, initiatives, and events that are assigned by the Management, which is necessary for the greater well-being of the organization;
∎ Update order collection in ERP and inform the production unit and customer service with sample and delivery data;
